In 1993, Neil Graham & Associates was founded to address a need in the Built Environment for professional project management services. In 2005, we changed our brand to GHC Africa as we continued our expansion into the greater Sub-Saharan region.
In 2015, ORIGIN Project Management was founded as a 51% black owned company with two new partners with the mandate to operate exclusively in the South African market. GHC Africa thereafter ceased working locally and subsequently changed its name to ORIGIN INTERNATIONAL to unify this new brand. ORIGIN INTERNATIONAL operates outside of South Africa’s borders across the African continent.

We need to transform the way we build to minimize the negative environmental impact of our projects through conscious sustainable design, achieving better energy-efficient buildings through innovation, minimising the environmental impact of developments and creating a better environment for the end-user.
