We build and refurbish shopping centres to serve our clients’ best needs, from smaller centres serving neighbourhoods to large mega malls that attract shoppers from right across the entire region. The projects we’ve been involved with create spaces that work for shoppers and enable retailers to thrive.
MALL OF AFRICA
The Mall comprising 131 000sqm of retail leasable area is South Africa’s biggest single-phase shopping mall development. Boasting over 300 shops with substantial anchor tenants and a carefully selected retail mix, the Mall offers a shopping experience like no other. The complex combines the latest international trends, environmentally sustainable materials and technologies. The gross building area of the entire centre is 485 000sqm.
MENLYN MALL – PHASE 2
This phase required alterations to the existing centre. Relocating Checkers and line shops to the Phase 1 section. The existing centre was refurbished while remaining live to be in line with the phase 2 finishes. Phase 2 included the new North parkade. The scope of service included the provision of Project Directors and Principal Agent.
