144 OXFORD

Located on Oxford Road at the entrance to the Rosebank urban precinct, this striking 5-Star Green Star rated building provides 37 000sqm of premium grade office space over 9 floors.  The building entrance features a full-height central atrium that spans over 24m without columns.  6 levels of underground parking provide sufficient parking.  Building services and access to floors was designed to suit a multi-tenanted layout providing optimal flexibility and divisibility.

335 PLACE

A 10 000sqm 12-storey multi-tenanted office building forming an iconic tower along the George Bush Highway in Accra, Ghana.  The structure involved complex piled foundations and the building seamlessly integrates four levels of structure parking with 8-storeys of modern office space.

72 GRAYSTON

72 Grayston is a seven-storey building comprising of 3 structured parking levels, and four-storeys of commercial office space.  As the building was existing, the scope of the project was to strip and gut all services, fixtures, fittings and finishes, including that of the old façade. A new structure was erected to the front of the building, to create a world-class entrance atrium to welcome the tenants, their clients and guests to the first-class office space. Due to the curvature of the existing building footprint, it was decided to make use of curved double glazed façade units to maintain the existing lines of the building, whilst offering an improved energy-efficient solution to the space.  All services and finishes to the building were included within the scope of the project, as well as the extensive fit-out required for the single new tenancy. 

ATRIUM ON 5th

The 12 000sqm AAA grade office space forms an undeniable landmark in the prestigious Sandton business node of Johannesburg. The building consists of 10-storeys of office space aloft internationally exclusive retail and secure parking levels of the Sandton shopping centre.  The building is a 5 Greenstar design and build rated.  The office facility features a major glass atrium and technically advanced façade system that completes this space with elegance and grandeur.

ECOBANK

A 18 000sqm 14-storey edifice purpose built for EcoBank’s needs. The building boasts a highly advanced façade system and an intricate security installation. This proud landmark in Ghana showcases the technical complexities of modern office buildings.

SU TOWER

A 10 000sqm multi-tenanted office building. The 12-storeys consist of four parking levels and eight storeys of office space. The building was completed in record time and set new project standards in Ghana. This project was completed at the same time as 335 Place, using the same project team.  Together, this represented a grand project totalling 50 000sqm of office space development.
